Maternity sessions are generally best scheduled between 28 and 34 weeks, depending on your pregnancy and comfort.
PAYMENT
A 50% nonrefundable booking retainer and signed contract are required to reserve your session. The remaining is due 72 hours before the session. Your date is not officially reserved until both the contract and retainer have been received.
Studio rental, specialty gowns, custom props, admission fees and travel outside the standard service area are separate.

Fresh 48 Hospital Newborn Session
Your baby’s first hours are tender, emotional and impossible to recreate. This documentary-style session captures tiny details, first cuddles and your family’s earliest moments together in the hospital or birthing center.

PAYMENT
A $100 nonrefundable booking retainer and signed contract reserve your estimated due-date window. The remaining balance is due before I enter the hospital.
Once your baby arrives, contact me as soon as reasonably possible so we can coordinate the session around your recovery, discharge plans and hospital visiting hours.
The client is responsible for confirming the hospital’s visitor and photography policies. If the hospital prohibits photographer access, your payment may be transferred to an in-home newborn session.

When should I schedule my maternity photography session?
Maternity sessions are typically best when your bump is beautifully visible while you are still comfortable. Booking in advance also gives us time to plan your location, wardrobe and overall vision.
When should I book my newborn photography session?
It is best to reserve newborn photography before your baby arrives. In Home Newborn Sessions offer more flexibility around your baby’s arrival, while In Hospital Newborn Photography is coordinated around your delivery and hospital stay.
Can my partner or children be included in maternity and newborn photos?
Yes. Depending on the session you select, partners, siblings and immediate family can be incorporated to capture your growing family and the connection surrounding your newest addition.
What happens if the hospital does not allow photography?
In Hospital Newborn Photography is subject to hospital visitor and photography policies. If photography is not permitted, your payment can be transferred to an In Home Newborn Session.
