Photography Booking, Retainers & Payment Policy
Our photography session is officially reserved once your contract is signed AND payment is received.
Mini Sessions:
Full payment is required at booking.
Standard Sessions:
A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to book. Full balance is due 72 hours before your scheduled session.
Event Sessions:
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Last Minute Bookings:
Sessions booked within 7 days require a full payment at booking time.
Bookings with unpaid balances may be canceled or rescheduled according to the booking agreement. All photography pricing is introductory and subject to change. Your current rate is secured once your contract is signed and required payment is received.
Service Area & Travel
Framed by Ash provides photography throughout Metro Atlanta, including Atlanta, Decatur, Stonecrest, Lithonia, Conyers and surrounding communities. Travel within 25 miles of Stonecrest
is included with your session. Locations beyond may require an additional traveling fee based on distance of agreed location.

My Process
1.chooses package
Explore the session options and find the photography experience that best fits what you want to capture.
2.completes short booking questionnaire
Complete the short reservation form with your preferred session, date and location. I’ll confirm availability before moving forward.
3.signs contract
Sign your photography agreement and submit the required deposit. Mini Sessions are paid in full, while standard portrait sessions require a 50% nonrefundable retainer.
4.pays required retainer/full payment
The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the session. Your date is not officially reserved until both have been received.
5.Picture Time
I’ll guide you through posing and prompts while leaving room for genuine personalities, connection and natural moments.
6.Delivering photos
Your proof gallery will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. You’ll have 5 days to select your favorite images, with final professionally edited photographs delivered within 10 to 14 business days after your selections are submitted.
